Description

Tazzle 10 mg Tablet relaxes the smooth muscles  relevant in the wall of blood vessels and helps in increasing the flow of blood in certain correct areas of the body. It is used for the treatment of erection disorders, prostate knot enlargement and Pulmonary Hypertension (high blood pressure of blood vessels connecting the lungs and the heart).

How should tazzle used:

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth (orally), with or without food. Initial: 10 mg once diurnal at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, up to 20 mg dose. Max: Once daily. If used with potent inhibitors of CYP3A4: Max: 10 mg once every 72 hr.

How dose work? 

Tazzle 10 mg FM Strip is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

How to take ?

Take this drug in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. tazzel tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Wraning and precaution:

In case of cardiovascular status does not take Tazzle 10mg FM strip.
In emergency treatment of patient to 4 hours of erection of penile use of caution in.

Miss dosage:

If you miss a dose of tadalafil FM Strip, take it as soon as eventual. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your punctual schedule. Do not double the dose

Side effects:

  • Decreased eyesight or loss of vision in one or both eyes (NAION). If you notice a sudden  shortfall or loss of vision in one or both eyes, contact a healthcare provider right away
  • Sudden shortfall or loss of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears and  vertigo. If you notice a sudden shortfall or loss of hearing, contact a healthcare provider right away
  • In men, an erection that lasts more than 4 hours (with or without pain)

Storage:

Store at 15-30°C. Store it at room temperature and keep in an airtight container.
